Hot noodle lamb three fresh steamed dumplings recipe ?
Pour boiling water into the flour in several times, stir well with chopsticks and form a dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for half an hour.
Pour the lamb mixture into the cold water in three batches, stirring with chopsticks in one direction until the mixture increases in volume. Add the shrimp, scrambled eggs, cooking oil, pepper, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, salt and sesame oil.
Roll out the hot noodles and cut into dosages. Roll out.
Put in the meat filling and wrap them one by one.
Put the wrapped dumplings on a grate coated with cooking oil and boil the water for 12 minutes, 3 minutes before picking up the pot.
Tips
This dumpling filling is bigger to be tasty, don't steam it too long. The best thing to do is to buy a whole piece of mutton and stir it into the meat mixture.
