Steps
1. Prepare king oyster mushrooms, green peppers, carrots, bacon, and minced onion and ginger as shown in the picture.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced onion and ginger until fragrant.
3. Add carrot slices and stir-fry evenly.
4. Pour in the king oyster mushroom slices and stir-fry evenly.
5. Add the streaky bacon and stir-fry the bacon oil evenly.
6. Pour in light soy sauce, adjust color and seasoning.
7. Add appropriate amount of hot water, cover the pot, and cook over medium-low heat for five minutes.
8. When the king oyster mushrooms are cooked soft and fragrant, add green pepper slices and stir-fry evenly.
9. Add appropriate amount of salt and season.
10. Add a little chicken essence to season and serve.
