Dry land dragon boat race, as its name implies, is a dragon boat race on land. Dragon boats in dry land have different styles. The most common one is composed of two boards about seven or eight meters long and twenty or thirty centimeters wide. Both ends of each board are equipped with a faucet and a dragon tail, and an epithelial bracket is nailed in the middle according to the number of people. In this way, a simple dry boat was made.
Before the competition, two wooden boards (dragon boats) are placed side by side. The athletes stand on them, their feet are fixed in the pitot tube, and the hands of the players behind are put on the shoulders of the players in front, so that the preparation before the competition is basically completed.
During the competition, the competitor first lifts his left foot to pull the board forward, then lifts his right foot to pull the board forward, and so on, driving the dry dragon boat to the finish line. Although it is a competition, it is also a game. It attracted a large number of tourists to watch and participate, and the square was very lively for a time.
This seems simple, but it is not. At the beginning, although we all lifted our feet hard, the board just didn't move. Some of them were flashed down, causing laughter. Finally dragged a board. Because the amplitude was too large and the upper body was out of balance, an elder sister suddenly sat on the board, almost pushed me, and burst into laughter.
If someone asks you on the spot, what is the key to rowing a dragon boat well? You can open your mouth to answer, make consistent efforts, coordinate actions and so on. The board on it did not move because of inconsistent stress, and the upper body lost its balance and fell down because of insufficient coordination.
Although the reason is simple, it is really not easy to do it. After repeated practice and running-in, we finally got the gist. This process makes us more familiar with each other, more relaxed, more comfortable rowing, and full of confidence in participating in official competitions.
In fact, in life, we know a lot of truth. For example, going to bed early and getting up early is good for your health, life lies in exercise, good habits will benefit you for life, you can't do things in an anticlimactic way, prioritize things, persistence is victory, details determine success or failure, and don't worry about trifles. These principles are enough for us to live a happy, successful and dignified life.
But why are most people still busy and mediocre all their lives? It is because I only know these truths, but I don't follow them and insist on doing them. These truths are always furnishings, sleeping and becoming dead truths.
With the growth of age and rich experience, we will know more and more. Do these truths make us live happier and more leisurely, or just enrich our monotonous preaching to the younger generation when we are old?
