Ingredients:
- Whole wheat flour 300g
- Yeast 5g
- Red yeast 3g
- Egg 1
- Salt 2g
- Sugar substitute 10g
- Liquid 100g or so (water/milk is fine)
- Steamed sweet potatoes
- Steam sweet potatoes in moderation

Method:
① Mix all ingredients together and knead into a homogeneous dough.
② Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until 2 times the size, then take out, knead a little to exhaust, and then divided into 4 small dough.
3) Roll out the dough, wrap it in the cheese and sweet potato puree, and pinch it tightly to form a triangle.
