Ingredients
Chishang’s hand-made rice noodles for 1 person, 180g hot pot beef slices, appropriate amount of golden needles, appropriate amount of enoki mushrooms, appropriate amount of protein, 1 sweet potato powder, a little coriander, 1 sesame paste, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1 teaspoon 1 tsp of chili oil, vinegar, a little white sesame, a little cold boiled water, about 50cc, a little soy sauce

All the ingredients, this time I used them from Taitung Natural daylily and ikeshang rice noodles made from delicious agricultural products

Take a container and mix the spicy sesame sauce thoroughly and set aside. Mix beef slices with egg whites and sweet potato powder. Add water to the soup pot and bring to a boil. Continue cooking the enoki mushrooms and daylily, remove and set aside.

Then cook Chishang’s hand-made rice noodles in the original pot and take them out, and finally cook the beef slices in soup
