Spicy Cumin Beef Directions
Ingredients: 4CM spoon

1, 400g beef (I used tenderloin steak haha) sliced into thin slices, +2 tbsp cooking wine + 1 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp dark soy sauce + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + ? tsp black pepper + 1 tbsp corn starch + 1 tbsp cooking oil, scratched well, marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
2. Pan-fry the marinated beef slices until browned on both sides, then set aside.
