Aunt's family runs a restaurant. She has been running a restaurant for more than ten years and enjoys a good reputation in our town. People in the neighborhood like to eat in her restaurant, because her food is delicious and clean, which completely beats the restaurants in the whole street.

My aunt used to hire a chef in her restaurant. Every time the chef cooks, my aunt helps the chef and secretly watches how the chef does it. A few years later, she learned all the skills of a chef by herself.

Later, I thought of this plot. In order to save money, my aunt quit the chef under some excuse, and then became a chef herself and began to cook for the guests who came to the door.

However, my aunt's craft is not fake. The guests who came to dinner all said that my aunt's cooking was delicious, which was not bad compared with the original chef. My aunt is also willing to accept compliments from others.

Every time my mother and I visit menstruation's house, she cooks a big table. I like several of her specialties best, braised carp, fresh rehmannia root, minced meat, and yipin tofu.

Although these dishes are home-cooked and can be eaten by every household, they are all difficult. In my opinion, it is impossible for ordinary housewives to cook especially delicious food.

But these home-cooked hard dishes cooked by my mother give me an authentic taste. I have lived in Hunan for seven years, and I remember the taste of braised pork and steamed pork in Shi Mao. My mother is from the south, so she knows all about these southern dishes. The dishes cooked by my mother are all covered with a layer of tall colors, which makes me marvel and admire.

Cola chicken wings are very popular with northerners. My mother followed this dish in my aunt's restaurant for a month and finally learned it. When I went home to cook for me, the first meal was very successful and made me feel delicious.

Great female chefs don't always stand on the altar, maybe they are around us, our relatives and friends. As long as the dishes they cook meet our tastes and make us feel at home, they are the best female chefs.
