Stewed chicken thighs are delicious and easy to do:
1. Prepare chicken thighs.
2. Put cold water in a pot and add two slices of ginger.
3. Fish out the chicken thighs, put in the onion, ginger and garlic, peppercorns and spices, dried chili peppers, sesame leaves and cinnamon.
4. Pour in the cooking wine.
5. Soy sauce.
6. Add salt.
7. Sprinkle MSG and chopped green onion after removing from the pot.
