Raw materials: Zongye, salt and clear water.
1, first prepare a pot of warm water and soak the dried zongzi leaves for about 2 hours, as shown in the figure below.
2. Dry zongzi leaves are generally light and easy to float up when soaked in water, so you need to hold them down with something, as shown in the figure below.
3. After the soaking time is up, there will be dust and other hybrids on the surface of the leaves, so use a toothbrush or other brushing tools to brush them, as shown in the figure below.
4. After brushing the surface, rinse it with clear water, as shown in the figure below.
5. After cleaning, put it into a pot with water for heating and boil the water, as shown in the figure below.
6. Then fish out the leaves of the rice dumplings and cut off the yellow part of the tail, as shown in the figure below.
7. After pruning, some clean and hygienic zongye can be finished, as shown in the figure below.
