How to Make Black Pepper Beef Pizza
1. Butter the mold to prevent sticking.
2. Take out the basic soft pizza dough after basic fermentation and roll it into a pie shape. Place on a plate, and evenly poke holes in the bottom and all around the surface with a fork for ventilation. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for final fermentation.
3. Make a stock by adding the soup mix to warm water.
4. Heat the pan, add the butter until it melts, then add the chopped onion and sauté, then add the minced garlic and stir-fry, add the flour and mix well, then add the broth and continue to heat, season with black pepper and salt, and finally add a little bit of old spice to adjust the color until the soup thickens and becomes a sauce-like sauce, then turn off the heat.
5. Thinly slice the beef and marinate it in the marinade for ten minutes, and shred the onion.
6. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the marinated beef until browned, then set aside.
7. Preheat oven to 210-220 degrees.
8. Remove the patties from the oven, spread the sauce over the top, sprinkle with 2/3 of the grated cheese, then evenly spread the meat and onion shreds, and brush the edges of the patties with some egg wash.
9. Bake in the middle of the oven at 210-220 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
10.Remove from oven, sprinkle the remaining 1/3 of the cheese on top and bake in the upper middle of the oven for another 3-5 minutes.
Special note: For beef, you can choose a leaner cut of tenderloin or leg, it's okay to replace it with pork.
