This is a cartoon image produced by EBS Radio in South Korea. After the release of Rascal Rabbit and Dinga Cat, the Korean animation industry has been working to create the next iconic Korean cartoon character. The main character in the movie is a chubby little bear who grows up in the North Pole and is very curious. He travels from the distant North Pole to a bustling city, where many hilarious stories take place, making people laugh while being touched by the simplicity of the unlucky bear.

The bad luck bear was "born" in South Korea in 2002, and in 2008 its popularity in South Korea has surpassed that of the "rogue rabbit". This silly polar bear has entered the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Italy and other more than 50 countries of the television screen, to the world's billions of viewers to bring joy. Online, the unlucky bear has a staggering 13.6 million web search entries. It has also won a series of honors for Korean animation and picked up the highest award for a Korean animated film in 2006.
Interestingly, the bear not only aroused the audience's great interest, the world's major mainstream media have published on the "bad luck bear hit" phenomenon of comments. The United States "New York Times" to the "bad luck bear" rose to the height of the political, they believe that the United States policy towards Iraq, as the bad luck bear practicing treadmill when expected, the front will always shake the illusion of victory, but the end is doomed to failure.
