1. First press the variable frequency fire power button, "Microwave" and "Watt" are displayed, and the "Watt" symbol starts to flash.

2. Then press the variable frequency defrost key or the menu key to enter the automatic menu variable frequency defrost program.

3. Finally set the time and turn on the delayed start of the Sanyo microwave oven.
