1. Dice beef into boiling water, remove and drain for later use, and wash yam, peel and cut into pieces.

Nutritional efficacy

Beef has a first-class blood-enriching effect. I was a little anemic during pregnancy. At the doctor's suggestion, I ate a lot of beef, and then I went to check my blood routine a month later, and I was normal at once. In addition, beef is rich in protein, but low in fat, so it is an ideal choice for expectant mothers who still need to control their weight during pregnancy.

Yam is a very refreshing ingredient. Paired with beef, it can not only tonify qi and blood, but also regulate the stomach and intestines, which is worth a try.
