Hello, generally, the vacuum-packed squid larvae sold at room temperature can be opened and eaten without further processing. Please refer to the instructions on the package for details. If it is vacuum packed and frozen raw squid, it can be fried and eaten in soup. If it is not fresh squid, it is not recommended to eat it cold.
