1. Take a clean oil-free container, preferably with a lid, and pour in a proper amount of purified water. Wash the dust on the surface of sea cucumber with clear water and soak it for 24-48 hours until it becomes soft. Put it in the freezer and change the water every 8 hours.
There is a natural crack in the middle of the abdomen of sea cucumber, where it is cut up and down. The circular protruding part above is the anus of sea cucumber, which is washed together. Take out the inner tendons and sand mouth, and clean the impurities in the belly of the sea cucumber.
3. Take a clean oil-free pot, half a pot of pure water, and put the washed sea cucumber in. After the fire boils, stew for another 20 minutes, and then let it cool naturally. (If there are still hard sea cucumbers, continue to leave the hard ones in the pot and boil them in fresh pure water until they are soft. )
4. Put the cooked sea cucumber in a clean oil-free container, add purified water to prevent sea cucumber, then put it in the refrigerator, soak it for 48-72 hours, and change the water once a day to eat.
