Braised black-bone chicken with mushrooms
Ingredients: black-bone chicken, half dried red pepper, two green peppers, two pinch of salt, a pinch of oil, a little mushroom, 200g.
Process:
Wash fresh mushrooms and cut into thick slices for later use.
Heat the oil pan, stir-fry the chicken pieces until they change color, cover the pot, simmer over low heat, and fry the chicken pieces until they are half cooked.
Pour in mushrooms, green pepper slices and dried peppers and stir-fry a little.
Pour a little water along the edge of the pot, cover the pot and stew until the chicken pieces are cooked.
Add a pinch of salt before cooking.
