Main ingredient: 1 box of lactone tofu, nori 10g

3. First, slice the lactone tofu.
4. Then cut it into thick strips.
5. Soak in water for 5 minutes.
6. Boil water in a pot, add seaweed and cook for 1 minute.
7. Add ground beef and season with salt.
8. Drizzle in water starch and thicken with thin gravy.
9. Drain the soaked strips of lactone tofu.
10. Add to the pot.
11. Never stir with a spoon. When the pot comes to a boil, gently shake the pot and the tofu strips will float.
12. Add the shredded green onion and turn off the heat.
13. Out of the pot into a bowl, put a few leaves of coriander garnish.
