5. Logistics and distribution problems

Shopee logistics is the same as lazada logistics. At present, these two Southeast Asian platforms are official logistics.

PS: At present, the default receiving warehouses of all new stores in shopee are Shenzhen transshipment warehouse, shopee and East China SLS warehouse (including warehouses in Shanghai, Yiwu and Quanzhou, which can be sent to three warehouses at one application). This warehouse needs to be set up by the operation manager. At first, the new store was Shenzhen by default.

Delivery process: just post the goods to shopee transit warehouse, and the transit warehouse will complete the next cross-border transportation and commodity distribution without contacting logistics distribution.

Face sheet printing: At present, the platform supports the access of various external ERP systems. Face sheets can be printed directly in the background or through ERP management system. Personally, I suggest using ERP faster.

Domestic logistics procurement and delivery: for purchasing sellers, it is necessary to purchase the goods well and then post a sticker to send them out, which usually leads to overtime work and high logistics cost. You can consider using the agent service currently on the market. Generally, each 3 yuan is a preferential service for the seller in the early stage.
