How to make caramel winter melon
Ingredients:
Ingredients: 150g sugar, 80g winter melon
Accessories: appropriate amount of boiling water
Method:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Use a melon baller to dig out the ball shape.
3. Add water to the pot. After the water boils, add the winter melon and cook for a few minutes until it is green.
4. Take it out and put it in ice water to cool down.
