Directions:
1: Drain the steak on a towel, sprinkle with salt, and marinate with crushed black pepper on the bottom and sides of the steak for about 20 minutes;
2: Heat a skillet and add butter and olive oil until the butter is almost browned, then turn the heat up to medium and tenderize the steak for about 4 minutes, turn the heat to medium and sear the steak for about 3 minutes, then set aside and cook for 3 minutes.
3: Heat the remaining butter, then turn the heat to medium and sear the steak for about 4 minutes.
