Korean kimchi fried rice ingredients
cold rice (overnight rice can also be) 1 large bowl of Korean kimchi cabbage (cut into pieces) 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/4 ham/ham sausage (diced) a small piece
Korean hot sauce 1 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Holiland egg 1 onions, green onions in appropriate amount
Korean kimchi fried rice
Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients, dice the ones you want to dice and cut the ones you want to cut into sections.
Step 2: Fry the poached eggs and set aside.
Step 3: Add a tablespoon of cooking oil to a hot pan and sauté the diced onion
Step 4: Add the ham sausage and kimchi and stir-fry.
Step 5: Add rice and stir-fry, then add Korean hot sauce and soy sauce to continue stir-frying
Step 6: Start the pan, sprinkle some chopped green onion, and serve with poached eggs.
