Practice steps
1. First, shred tofu skin and cucumber, shred pepper, and cut coriander into sections;
2. Boil the diced bean curd and black fungus with boiling water and remove them for later use;
3. Pour salt, soy sauce and Chili oil into a bowl and beat into juice;
4. Put tofu skin, cucumber, fungus, coriander and small red pepper into a large bowl, then pour in the juice and mix well.
