Soup dumplings are cold water in the pot or hot water
Soup dumplings need to be cooked in hot water. After the water boils, put the dumplings into the pot and use the back of a spoon to gently push the dumplings away from the bottom of the pot so that they don't get stained. After that, boil the pot over high heat until the dumplings float and then switch to simmering (if you continue over high heat, the dumplings will break easily). In addition, if the dumplings are not evenly heated, they will easily become hard on the outside and hard on the inside. When the dumplings float, you need to add a proper amount of cold water, so that the dumplings in the pot can be cold in the heat. Add water to boil two or three times, you can fish out the dumplings to eat, and so cooked dumplings soft and not hard.
