Honey flower kidney beans
Ingredients: 300 grams of flower kidney beans, 50 grams of sugar.
Method:
1. Wash the kidney beans and soak them for more than 10 hours.
2. Blanch the soaked beans. After boiling, cook for another two minutes.
3. Pick out the unsoaked beans and throw them away.
4. Put the soaked kidney beans into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour until completely cooked and then turn off the heat.
5. Pour out the excess soup after turning off the heat.
6. Pour in the sugar, mix the sugar evenly by tossing the pan, let it sit and cool before eating.
