Spiced roasted pork
Ingredients
Skinned pork?500g, 1 potato
Accessories:
Ginger 10g , Salt: 1/2 tbsp? , 1 tbsp cooking wine? , oyster sauce 2 tbsp? 1 tablespoon of soy sauce? 1 tablespoon of honey;
1 tablespoon of chili sauce. , 1 tbsp chili sauce;
Steps
1. Clean the fresh pork and trim it into long strips of almost the same thickness.
2. Put the pork into a pot, add ginger slices and an appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat and reduce the heat to low for 15-20 minutes
3. Put all the ingredients into a small bowl and mix well to form a sauce
4. Cook the pork until chopsticks can be easily inserted into the meat
5. Fish out the boiled pork, and control the water,
6. Dip a brush into the sauce and brush over the meat,
7. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices,
8. Fold the tinfoil over the top of the baking tray, brush the tinfoil with oil and arrange the potato slices on top of it.
9. Place the pork skin-side up on top of the sliced potatoes,
10. Pour the rest of the sauce evenly over the meat,
11. Place in preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 10 minutes,
12. Remove from oven, turn pork skin side down and bake for 10 minutes, then remove and bake for 5 minutes on each side,
13. Remove from oven, turn pork skin side up and place in oven again for 10 minutes,
14. Remove from oven immediately after baking and slice into wedges, serving on plate with potato slices,
