Sauteed squid tentacles
The tender squid tentacles are wrapped in thick sweet noodle sauce, which is full of salty flavor in the mouth.
Ingredients preparation
1 package of frozen squid tentacles, 8 grams of shredded ginger, 5 grams of green onions, 1 gram of salt
2 grams of sugar, 2 grams of cumin powder, 5 ml light soy sauce
8 ml cooking wine, 20 g sweet noodle sauce, cooking oil
Cooking steps
1 Thaw the frozen squid tentacles.
2 Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add squid tentacles, blanch in water for about 3 minutes, take them out, drain and put into a bowl.
3 Heat oil in a pot, add shredded ginger and some green onions, and sauté until fragrant.
4 Add the boiled squid tentacles and stir-fry for a while.
