1. Soak the prawns
Put the prawns into a basin and pour in plenty of water.
Then stirring continuously inside can remove most of the dirt on the shrimp.
Take out the prawns and replace them with a basin of water. It is better if the water does not cover the prawns.
Then let it sit for about 2 hours to allow the prawns to spit out the dirt in their bodies.
2. Wash the belly of the shrimp
Pinch the base of the shrimp with your hands.
Hold the toothbrush with your other hand and gently scrub the belly of the shrimp.
Then rinse with clean water.
3. Cut the shrimp head
Pinch the base of the shrimp with your hand and hold the scissors with the other hand.
Put the scissors downward at a 45-degree angle and cut off all the shrimp below the brain.
Then pick out the black brains from the prawns.
Be careful to keep the shrimp yellow.
4. Remove the shrimp lines
Pinch the base of the shrimp with your hands.
Then use a toothpick to pass between the penultimate section and the penultimate section of the shrimp body.
Gently lift the toothpick up, and the shrimp lines will be exposed.
Then hold the shrimp thread with your hands and pull it out gently.
