Half taro
3 tablespoons lard
4 tablespoons steamed fish soy sauce
Use 1 tablespoon of oil

How to steam taro?
This kind of taro Cut in half, peel off the skin and wash.
Cut the taro into slices and then into shreds and spread evenly on the plate.
Bring the water in the steamer to a boil and steam for 15 minutes. Take it out.
Pour 4 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce on top, 1 tablespoon of oil, and chop the chili peppers and green onions appropriately. The chopped chili peppers I used are pickled by myself. They are fresh, fragrant and spicy.
Put lard in the pot and heat until it smokes. Turn off the heat. Quickly pour the hot oil onto the taro. Stir evenly while it is hot. It will be fragrant, pink and delicious when mixed with rice. .
Tips
Be sure to add lard, other oils will not be fragrant, so there is no need to add salt. Steamed fish with soy sauce, chopped chili, and oil all contain salt. .
