Effect of Golden Flower on Human Health Care
Ethnic minorities in northwest China have a special liking for Fuzhuan tea, which is full of "golden flowers", and it has reached the point that "if you don't drink it for one day, it will stagnate (swell), and if you don't drink it for three days, you will get sick". This is because they live a nomadic life, eat more beef, mutton and cheese, and drink "Jinhua" Fu tea, which has obvious stagflation and digestion.
Studies have shown that the mycelium of crested fungus is rich in 15 amino acids, including all the amino acids necessary for human body. Liu et al. studied the health care function of Fuzhuan tea on human body. They conducted animal experiments with healthy New Zealand white bread. The results showed that the blood cholesterol level of rabbits in high cholesterol group was more than 10 times of the normal content, and the high-density fat was about doubled. The cholesterol in the corn pollen ten-cholesterol feed group was at a high level in the first two months, and there was a downward trend in the third month. However, the blood cholesterol and blood lipid of rabbits fed with Fuzhuan tea liquid ten cholesterol feed group were lower than those of pollen group, which proved that corn pollen had cholesterol-lowering effect, and the effect of Fuzhuan tea liquid was better than that of corn pollen. At the same time, they also conducted a clinical study on hyperlipidemia. Before the experiment, 50 male patients with hyperlipidemia, aged 60-70, were selected for blood biochemical examination, and high density lipoprotein, cholesterol, triglyceride and lipid peroxide were examined before drinking tea. On the premise of not changing their diet structure, they take 12g Fuzhuan tea every day. One month later, the blood biochemical indexes of 50 subjects were improved to varying degrees.
He Chen of Hu Jishou University also studied the activities of digestive enzymes in fermentation broth and Fuzhuan tea, and studied the effects of black tea fermentation broth and Fuzhuan tea on amylase, lipase and protease activities in different fermentation periods in simulated human gastrointestinal environment. The results show that Fuzhuan tea liquid can promote the enzymatic hydrolysis of starch and protein by pepsin and trypsin, facilitate the digestion and absorption of starch and protein, improve the gastrointestinal function of human body, inhibit the degradation and absorption of fat by digestive system, and help to reduce blood fat and lose weight.
