Specific steps
Step 1
1. Rinse the tofu, drain it, put it in a basin and crush it.

2. Wash and chop green onions.

3. Add eggs, chicken essence, salt, sesame oil, and minced green onions into the tofu, mix well and set aside.

4. Take a wonton wrapper and apply some water on all sides.
