Sweet and Sour Lenten Staple Food

On one occasion I went to the supermarket, and there happened to be hot dogs for sale, and I saw that people had turned the hot dogs into flowers which was really cute, and the kids were clamoring to eat them, so I bought a couple of them, and I will make them myself today, and they will really blossom as long as I handle them with a knife!

Prepare the hot dog sausage.

Use a knife to cut a cross cut along the top, just to the center part.

Grease the parchment paper with some oil.

Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.

When it is almost done baking, the cut part blossoms.

It's even cuter if you put it on a bamboo skewer!
