Ingredients: pork belly (if you don't like fat, you can be all thin), mushrooms, potatoes and bean paste.
Exercise:
1. Wash mushrooms and potatoes and dice them.
2. Heat hot oil from the pan, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until it changes color.
3. Add 2 spoonfuls of bean paste (you can add 1 spoonful of sweet noodle paste if you like rich flavor), stir-fry until fragrant, and add diced potatoes and diced mushrooms.
