Prepare ingredients:
Chicken, millet pepper, Hangzhou pepper, pickled pepper, ginger, garlic
Exercise:
1. Heat oil in the pan, pour ginger slices and saute.
2. Pour in the chicken, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a little salt and thirteen spices, stir-fry until the chicken is slightly yellow and the water is drained (stir-fry for about five minutes).
3. Pour in the millet pepper, pickled pepper and garlic, add two tablespoons of light soy sauce, one teaspoon of light soy sauce, one teaspoon of oyster sauce, half a teaspoon of chicken powder and half a teaspoon of sugar, and stir-fry for two minutes to make the sauce fragrant.
4. Add another spoonful of vinegar and stir-fry for two minutes to enhance the fragrance.
5. Pour the pepper before the pan. You can also put some homemade pickled radish in it (don't put it without it). Stir well.
