The production method of bitter melon tea
1. Bitter melon to remove the flesh, put some green tea in the hollow, put the ventilated place to dry, and then chopped up and brewed water to drink tea, no more than 10 grams per day, bitter with fragrance, summer relief and pleasant heart.
2. Cut the fresh bitter melon into strips, dried and spare, you can do more at a time.
