2. Scallops can be boiled or steamed. If scallop meat is boiled without shell, wait for about 5 minutes after boiling. If it is dry, soak it in warm water 12 hours or more, and then boil it for 3~5 minutes. The cooking time of scallops is slightly different because of their different sizes. The slightly larger scallop takes a little longer to cook, while the smaller scallop takes a little longer to cook.
