No matter how old you are and how far you have gone, you will still miss the food in your hometown and make it unforgettable.
I went to the supermarket to buy some spareribs after work. Now the ribs are 22 kilograms cheaper. I want to share with you the practice of "stewed kidney beans with ribs" in my hometown. I hope you like it, too.
Step 1: put the ribs in a pot with cold water, add ginger and cooking wine, blanch them to remove the fishy smell, and take them out for later use. (Be sure to cook in cold water)
Step 2: Wash the beans and potatoes, and prepare rock sugar, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and aniseed for later use. I like to eat corn. I want to eat a corn.
Step 3: put oil in a hot pan, stir-fry the rock sugar, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, aniseed and ribs together, and add a tablespoon of soy sauce.
Step 4: put hot water, a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of soy sauce in the pot and stew for 30 minutes on low heat.
Step 5: After 30 minutes, put the prepared beans and potatoes into the pot, continue to stew on medium heat 15 minutes, and serve.
The method is simple, but it is difficult to buy beans in Beijing. Friends who like to eat can look online, or use ordinary beans in Beijing instead, but the water content of ordinary beans is a bit high. I suggest frying it in oil first and stewing it in a pot with ribs.
Eating the delicious food in my hometown, watching the starry sky at night, I feel a little homesick. I hope my friends in a foreign land can eat on time and take care of themselves after hard work.
