Ingredients: 300g pork kidney.
Accessories: Eucommia ulmoides 30g, Spatholobus suberectus15g, Taxilli 30g, Jujube (dried)10g.
Seasoning: 5g of ginger and 3g of salt.
Practice:
1. Eucommia bark is peeled;
2. Wash Eucommia ulmoides, Spatholobus suberectus, Taxilli, pork loin, ginger and red dates;
3. Pork loin is degreased and sliced;
4. Put all the ingredients into the earthen pot together, add appropriate amount of water, boil with strong fire, and simmer for one hour to season.
