1. Cut the soaked dried tofu into sections. As shown in the figure below.
2. Cut the soaked fungus, as shown in the figure below.
3. Dice the soaked dried mushrooms.
4. Scrambled eggs, as shown below.
5. Restart the pot and saute the ginger and garlic. Put all the ingredients just cut into the pot and start frying.
6. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce and salt to the water with mushrooms.
7. Pour the eggs into the pot, and then add the raw flour to thicken.
8. Finally, add a spoonful of pepper oil and marinate it as shown below.
