1 king crab leg, 2 bunches of winter noodle, 3 taels of minced pork, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp finely chopped green onion, 2/3 tbsp curry powder, 1 ? tbsp soy sauce, 2/3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 3 cups of water
How to make
1.) Soak the winter noodle in the water for 1 hour beforehand until soft. The crab legs were washed and cut diagonally into 2?3-centimeter-thick pieces.
2.) Start a frying pan, burst the garlic, chopped green onion, in order to put the meat stir-fried to 8 minutes cooked, then add the seasoning (2) and winter flour stir-fried, to be boiled and transferred to a casserole dish, put in the cut king crab crab legs, cover and change to medium heat and continue to cook for 3?5 minutes, and then finally to a small fire to the broth to be able to collect the dry.
