Fill it levelly and lay it layer by layer until it reaches the mouth of the pool.
4. Sprinkle salt all over the top fish body to cover it, and cover it with wooden boards and other materials.
5. Press the stone. After 3 days, the marinade will seep out and rise to the surface of the pool. After half a month, the hairtail is marinated.
