Ingredients: 200 ml of animal whipping cream, 200 ml of whole milk, 30 g of white sugar.
Steps: 1. Pour milk, light cream and white sugar into the pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer and continue simmering. Cook until the milk turns into a thick slurry and then turn off the heat.
2. Prepare a container, cover it with tin foil or baking paper, pour the cooked milk slurry into the container, let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours.
3. After freezing, take it out and cut it into small pieces.
