Syndrome differentiation: liver depression and qi stagnation.
Treatment principle: soothing the liver and regulating qi.
Prescription: Cidan capsules, 5 capsules each time, 4 times a day. Syndrome relieving (Zhengtongkang), each time 1g, three times a day. Fuzheng Guben Capsule, 5 capsules each time, 4 times a day.
Decoction: Bupleurum chinense 12g, Angelica sinensis 12g, Hangshao 15g, Atractylodes macrocephala 10g, Poria 10g, Radix Curcumae 10g and Rhizoma Cyperi 10g.
Note: The liver governs the release of qi, but the liver qi is not released, which is blocked by collateral, so it shows hypochondriac swelling and pain; Dyspnea, qi stagnation and chest tightness; Liver depression trapped the spleen, and the spleen lost its function, so it was neglected; Qi stagnation leads to blood stasis, so the hypochondriac mass can be seen. 3. Damp-heat toxic type
Main symptoms: aggravation of illness, fever and sweating, vexation and irritability, dry mouth and bitter taste, yellow eyes, tingling in hypochondrium, abdominal distension and fullness, nausea and anorexia, dry urine, red and dark tongue, yellow and greasy tongue coating, and slippery or slippery pulse.
Syndrome Differentiation: Damp-heat in liver and gallbladder, stagnation of blood stasis and toxin.

Three distinctions
The causes of cancer are qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm accumulation and toxin accumulation, and mutual struggle. Therefore, in the treatment, early attack should be supplemented; In the medium term, it is advisable to attack and supplement; In the late stage, it is advisable to supplement the middle and attack, but it is also impossible to force staging. In a word, only by flexible application due to people and illness can we defeat the enemy and win. The drugs used, regardless of reinforcing and dissipating, should try to choose products with anticancer effect, which can get twice the result with half the effort.
First, distinguish deficiency and strengthen healthy energy to fight cancer
"Nourishing the regular accumulation and eliminating itself" shows the great significance of strengthening the body resistance in tumor treatment. The strengthening of the body should first identify the loss of yin and yang of qi and blood, so as to "benefit those who are damaged and make up those who are deficient", reconcile yin and yang, biochemical qi and blood, promote the immune function of the human body and enhance its anti-cancer effect. Whenever liver cancer is found, it is mostly in the middle and late stage, so it is more appropriate to supplement it severely and strengthen the body resistance to eliminate evil.
Qi deficiency syndrome is characterized by listlessness, low voice, dizziness and spontaneous sweating, pale complexion, pale tongue with thin coating and weak pulse. Appropriate selection: ginseng, codonopsis pilosula, pseudostellaria heterophylla, astragalus, atractylodes macrocephala, yam, licorice, etc. Astragalus membranaceus should be used raw, the dosage is 30 ~ 60 g; Codonopsis pilosula or Pseudostellaria heterophylla, 20 ~ 30g; In order to prevent stagnation, radish seeds were added. Yin deficiency syndrome is characterized by fever in the afternoon, fatigue and insomnia, night sweats and nocturnal emission, dizziness, dry mouth and throat, red tongue with little or no coating, and rapid pulse. Optional: Radix Asparagi, Radix Ophiopogonis, Radix Adenophorae, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Ecliptae Herba, Tortoise Shell, etc.
Yang deficiency syndrome is characterized by cold form and cold limbs, pale complexion, loose stool or indigestion, pale and fat tongue, slippery white fur and slow pulse. When selected: cinnamon, epimedium, psoralea corylifolia, antlers, acanthopanax bark, leek seeds, etc. Others such as lily, lentil, mistletoe, dipsacus root, Eucommia bark, soybean, walnut branch (clip), Ficus pumila, hemp seed, pea, etc. Both have the function of strengthening the body resistance and resisting cancer, and can be selected according to the syndrome.
Second, dialectical elimination of evil to make cancer.

Blood stasis syndrome has a fixed pain, and it is more painful when it is pressed, or the pain is like acupuncture, which is aggravated every night, and the tongue is purple and dark, or there are ecchymosis and astringent pulse. Should be selected from: frankincense, myrrh, peach kernel, safflower, corydalis tuber, rhubarb, Sichuan Tianqi, Shijianzhuan, beehive, toad skin, gecko, cortex moutan, oak wood, Polygonum cuspidatum, sunflower seed, Euonymus japonicus, turmeric, etc.
Damp-phlegm syndrome is characterized by fullness and tightness in the chest, nausea and vomiting, loose stool, or swollen limbs and abdomen, greasy or yellow fur, full or slow pulse. Can be selected from Cortex Magnolia Officinalis, Fructus Aurantii, Polyporus, Poria, Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae, Herba Plantaginis, Coicis Semen, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Rhizoma Acori Graminei, fresh Rhizoma Arisaematis, Fructus Trichosanthis, Bulbus Allii Macrostemonae, Herba Dianthi, Folium Pyrrosiae, Radix Cremastrae Abnormalis, Fructus Eleocharis, Sargassum, Concha Ostreae, Radix dichroae, Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae, and Folium Pyrrosiae.

One syndrome of tumor is actually a refractory disease. In addition to various treatments of traditional Chinese and western medicine, adjuvant therapy is also applied.
Three taboos
First, avoid breaking blood: in the method of eliminating pathogenic factors, it is advisable to promote blood circulation and not break blood. Through clinical observation, the application of blood-breaking drugs, such as Rhizoma Sparganii, Hirudo, Squama Manis, Gleditsia sinensis, etc., has the effect of eliminating hardness and relieving pain, but if it is used for a long time, it will easily lead to tumor diffusion or metastasis. Because of the blood-breaking drugs, blood stasis and toxin can wander around in the vein. According to the cases of clinical survival of this disease, most of them have not been given blood-breaking prescriptions, or have been used for a long time; On the contrary, if it is used continuously, it can take effect for a while, but the prognosis is poor.
Second, avoid alcohol and tobacco: the harm of tobacco, predecessors have long had the commandment of "consuming blood and damaging gas." It has been found in modern times that if people smoke a lot, they will not only lose their life, but also the tar (an obvious carcinogenic factor) produced by cigarettes will not only have a direct relationship with lung cancer, but also lead to the occurrence of laryngeal cancer, esophageal cancer, bladder cancer, pancreatic cancer and other cancers. If cancer patients smoke, they will die quickly, just like carrying faggots to put out a fire.
The harm of wine is slightly worse than that of cigarettes, because wine is hot and toxic, and spirits are even worse. Bian Que said, "Too much drinking will rot the intestines and stomach, break the marrow and steam the tendons, which will hurt the spirit and kill the life.". Dongyuan said: "The wine is hot and poisonous. If you drink it into your stomach, you should go through the liver and gallbladder first." When people with liver cancer drink it, they stir the internal wind to catch fire, and the wind causes the fire to be hot by wind, so the dangers such as coma, convulsion and blood loss are repeated, and the disaster is not immediate.
Third, taboo medicine: there is an ancient idiom "taboo disease and taboo medicine". There are still many people who avoid medical treatment in modern times. In rural areas, there is still a custom of "believing in witches but not doctors", and some people believe in Chinese medicine but not western medicine, or believe in western medicine but not Chinese medicine, thus delaying the superiority of the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine, which is very regrettable.
Three essentials
1. Dietotherapy: As the ancients said, "Garden vegetables are better than delicacies", which is more suitable for tumor patients. You should eat more fresh vegetables, fruits, radishes, coix seed, lentils, lilies, kelp, laver, Hericium erinaceus, tremella, mushrooms, pine mushrooms, etc., and you can also eat clams (mollusks), fish, turtles, turtles and mushrooms.

Third, practice: Neijing points out that "all diseases are born of qi". Qi is the handsome of blood, and blood is the mother of qi. Practicing Qigong can harmonize qi and blood, balance yin and yang, promote metabolism and achieve the purpose of self-regulation.
