How to make Shrimp kimchi cakes ?
Cut scallions and divide into two portions.
Shred the kimchi and set aside.
Shrimp cut into small pieces.
Dice the onion into small pieces.
Mix flour, water and kimchi juice into a batter.
Add the cabbage, onion, shrimp, half of the scallions and chili powder to the batter.
