Step 1
Cut a piece of baking paper big enough to wrap salmon. Place the salmon on the baking paper above the center line, and coat both sides with salt and a little black pepper.
Second step
Add lemon slices and cream, and pour rice wine (to remove fishy smell and increase moisture).
Third step
Fold the baking paper in half, starting from the left corner, into a jiaozi shape, and completely seal the salmon. If you are afraid of insufficient sealing, you can staple both sides with a stapler.
Fourth step
Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ 15 minutes.
Step five
After taking it out, cut the opening with scissors. Pay attention to the steam coming out. Watch out for burns!
