Crush salted egg yolk for later use.
Third step
Put the cooked mung beans into a cooking machine, add water and stir until there are no particles.
Fourth step
Add the beaten mung bean paste and sugar into a non-stick pan, stir-fry, add oil several times, and stir-fry until the sugar and oil are completely mixed without moisture. When holding a group, you can add the broken egg yolk and stir fry together.
