Braised Sea Eel with Beer and Garlic
Ingredients ?
Sea eel 400g
Garlic clove 60g
Beer 150ml
Scallion 50g
Ginger 10g
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Lao Soya Sauce 2 teaspoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Rice vinegar 2 teaspoons
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
How to make Beer and Garlic Roasted Sea Eel ?
Sea eel is cleaned from guts and gills, cut into inch sections, marinate with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper for 15 minutes to taste
Slice green onion, ginger, and garlic cloves into a 4-percent hot frying pan, stir-fry until garlic cloves are lightly browned
Put in the eel sections and stir-fry briefly, add soya sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, sugar, and beer to boil over medium high heat, then turn to medium heat. Turn to medium heat and cook until the soup thickens, sprinkle in chopped green onion to serve
Tips
1, use beer instead of water, it can refresh and deodorize.
2, burning fish with medium or high heat, the middle to turn a few times so as not to paste the bottom of the pot.
