Production steps:
1. Preparation: Wear goggles and gloves to ensure good ventilation in the work area.
2. Weigh the lye in the container, then slowly pour it into the water and stir until it dissolves. Please note that when lye is gradually added to water, it will generate heat and gas. Be careful not to spill when stirring. Let the solution cool to room temperature to ensure that it is a safe operating temperature at room temperature.
3. Weigh olive oil, coconut oil and palm oil in another container and mix them evenly.
4. Heat the vegetable oil to about 50°C and stir evenly.
5. Slowly pour the solution into the vegetable oil, and keep stirring until it is evenly mixed.
6. Continue stirring until the temperature of the mixture drops to 45℃ ... At this time, if you plan to add essence or essential oil, you can add it at this stage.
7. Pour the mixture into the soap mold and smooth the surface.
8. Stand still and wait: put the soap mold in an undisturbed place and stand for 24 to 48 hours to allow the soap to solidify.
9. Cut and dry: cut the cured soap into appropriate shapes and sizes and dry it in a well-ventilated place for 3 to 4 weeks. This will help make soap harder and more durable.
10. Finally, put the soap in a paper box or a sealed container for storage.
