Preparation materials:
A piece of tofu, appropriate amount of broccoli, 4~5 mushrooms, a handful of noodles, a carrot, 1 tablespoon sesame, 2 teaspoons of corn starch, 2 tablespoons of apple vinegar or rice vinegar, 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil, and appropriate amount of Chili powder (optional).

2. Boil broccoli.
3. shred carrots and slice mushrooms.
4. Stir-fry ginger in hot oil, then add carrots and mushrooms. Stir constantly while cooking, and finally add broccoli.
5. When frying vegetables, mix vegetable oil, Chili powder, apple vinegar and corn starch.
