China Business Accounting Association was established in April 1987, referred to as CCAI for short. It is an academic, professional, national non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by accountants in China's commercial sector, relevant enterprises, institutions and social organizations.

The registration authorities of this Association are the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council is in charge of business.
