Peanuts 350g
Sugar 200g
Water 50g

1. Wash the peanut rice and pour it into a baking tray (I lined with greaseproof paper), put it into the oven, upper and lower heat 180 degrees for 20 minutes. (The temperature of your own oven is slightly lower)
Weigh the water and sugar poured into a non-stick pan, medium heat and simmer until large bubbles, change to low heat, and when the syrup is thick, pour cooked peanut rice!
Keep tossing and stirring to coat them all in sugar!
Cool and sweet and crunchy!
Then seal and store!
